To be eligible for the Swipii Referral Programme. The Customer (referrer) must recommend our services to a contact (the referral) who is not already an existing customer of Swipii, or currently in negotiations with Swipii about a subscription to our services.
The referrer must complete the designated form on the Swipii Client Referral Programme page (https://swipii.com/refer-a-business-to-swipii). The data collected on this form will be used in two ways: A\ Us to contact the Referral B\For the sign up to be tracked as a referral.
Swipii will then make contact with the referral. If they sign up for our services, the Referrer will be eligible for the commission payment.
A referral will be deemed successful when the Referee signs up and remains with Swipii for a minimum of two months.
If the referral submits cancellation within the first two months after initial sign-up, then the referral credit will not be applied.
The referral must sign up within three months of being referred to us, in order to be considered successful.
For each successful referral, Swipii will credit the Referrer Customer £50 to be used against their future invoices.

A referral can only be nominated for the Swipii Client Referral Programme once within a 12 month period.
If the same restaurant has been referred more than once, only the first referral will be considered.
Swipii reserves the right to cancel the Swipii Client Referral Programme without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Swipii Referral Programme will be resolved by Swipii at its sole discretion.
